The Kaiser Bakeware La Forme 10" Springform Pan features a leak-proof design that holds all the ingredients of your cheesecake inside the pan thereby eliminating dripping inside your oven. Features two bases: Flat and fluted. The La Forme Springform Pan is made of commercial-weight steel to provide even and gentle heat distribution for consistent browning and baking. The 2-layer nonstick interior and exterior coating eliminates the need for flouring pans, resulting in baked goods with a smooth crumb. It also allows for quick and easy release. The La Forme Springform Pan features Kaiser Bakeware's magnum coating which allows for cutting in the pan without damaging the surface. The magnum coating is not affected by acidic or citrus foods, and it allows for easy release when lightly coated with butter or oil. Superior springform buckle provides the perfect release of baked goods, and is guaranteed for life. 10% shorter baking time in comparison to tinplate pans. Suitable for right and left-handed people (springform ring can be used on both sides). Made in Germany.
